What Invisalign does well.
Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners that you swap out every week or two. You can take them out to eat, brush, and floss, which keeps daily life simple. For mild to moderate crowding and spacing, Invisalign produces excellent results, and most adults appreciate that almost no one notices they are wearing them. The catch is compliance. Aligners only work when they are in your mouth, around 22 hours a day. If you know you will leave them in a napkin at lunch and forget them, braces might serve you better.
